Brother Jed
A repost of a post i wrote 5 years ago
brothers who am i?
what is it that i do?
of what utility is my labor upon this desiccated husk of an earth?
this once fecund soil now salted with their poisonous greed can no longer be worked by ones hands as was His intention for this, His gift to us. even if one were to try, to opt out, where would you tend your crop? where is this viable land that these ravenous neo-romans have yet to wrest from us?
even if one were able his would be a lonely lot brothers. they have shown us what they will do to those who, as a community, say no to this systemic rot. we all had that uncle go on about waco this and ruby ridge that, we know what happens to those that refute that vile degenerate culture so revered by these narcotized caligulas.
but brothers i will not pander to you here with the same tired old rant of some modern day sodom and gomorrah. you’ve heard all that before brothers as have i. sitting in your daddy’s pickup truck on your way to macdonald’s. from the crazy man on the street corner when you went to visit your auntie in st louis
now that man perhaps scared you. i’m not afraid to admit he scared me. lost as we were in those buildings so tall you couldn’t imagine what kind of men were at the tops of them. what sort of thing they could be doing that required them to be so high up in the sky. but that man on the corner had tapped into something brothers. the truth of their despoilment goes deeper and is more comprehensive than you or i could possibly fathom.
its not for us to understand
the truth is that it’s not for us. it never was. in their totalizing system we, the simple sons of the soil, have no purpose. we are the surplus waste of a world that doesn’t need us.
the theft occurred back before even your granddaddy. there has never been a place for you. we lowly peasants, so distant from their halls of power, through what mechanism could we have even given notice of our defeat?
we are waste, we live our lives in filth, we are unwashed!
there is hope though brothers. you can become clean. through the blood of the lamb cleanse yourself of this world of shit. it’s your obligation as a son of God to clean this shit, their roman shit, from your eyes and see the light.
and it’s a bright, bright light brothers and on the other side is the world of that soft gentle ease. like when you walk into the walmart on a hot august day and feel the spiritual relief of that sweet air conditioner. as a kid you would think about how if you could just live there in the walmart everything would make sense, you’d have everything you’d ever need or want.
brothers you can have it. and what’s more it can be had at their expense. brothers i say to you it is only by their total annihilation can you enter in to that world of ac ease. to never know scarcity again. the blood of lamb.
those doctors? the ones who put your schools football teams star qb or running back on those oxy’s? all the sudden nine months go by and half your graduating class is dead or strung out. they can be made to see your glorious transformation in the blinding light of His divine retribution!
the same insurance company, the one with the headquarters in st. louis? the ones that had you watch your momma die of cancer in the living room.
those preachers on the radio goin on about the sin of new york city…
new york city my ass! st. louis is much more directly responsible for this shit life that those same preachers have the audacity to call a gift?
the blood of the lamb brothers….the blood of the lamb
it is a gift though. not in the manner they mean it. they use it to placate you. as a deterrent to you seeing just what a gift it can be. through the blood of the lamb brothers. through the this our fraternity of the unwashed you will not just know, no, you will feel it brothers. on a deep spiritual level you will know what a gift it is. through each other
look to either side, that man, and it is through this that we become men, that man is your brother and we will be with you. heart and soul we are your brothers! every step of the way we will not leave your side.
to be someone’s brother means to lay down your life for that person should the need arise. and brothers the need will arise. not just in the act of transcendence, this will hunt us, they will track us. but we will not crack. we were dead before we were born. we have been dead and alone our entire lives.
but i can promise you one thing, each and every one of you one thing; you will never be alone again. together we will all live in that eternal comfort of air conditioned grace.
and me? who am i? i am your brother. just your brother.
and i love you.
